An event in Belém brought together sustainability experts to discuss new markets and environmental challenges
On the last Saturday, May 6th, the "Business Lecture: New Markets and Challenges in the Environment" was held in Belém, at the auditorium of the Cristal Corporate Building. The opening of the event was attended by the president of CREA-PA, engineer Adriana Falconeri, who emphasized the importance of the council's participation in debates on environmental issues and in the discussion of educational proposals focused on the environment.
The main presentation of the event was by environmental engineer Rodrigo Coladello, who addressed the theme "How Companies Can Be Sustainable and Profitable." The lecture was attended by representatives of companies and organizations interested in discussing opportunities and challenges related to sustainability in the market.
During the event, the deputy coordinator of the Amazon Institute - AMZ, environmental engineer Thais Braga, highlighted the importance of sustainability in the productive system of the Amazon. "The more sustainable the region is, the more sustainable the productive system is, the more job creation, income, and opportunities we will promote for the Amazon region, especially for the state of Pará," said Braga.
The event was conceived by the Amazon Institute, in partnership with Green Forest Consulting, Amazon Connection Carbon, UFRA, and SEBRAE. With a focus on sustainability and environmental preservation, the event aimed to promote the debate and awareness about the importance of sustainable practices in the market. The initiative represents an important step towards a more sustainable future for the state of Pará and the entire Amazon region.
